Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Staffing (India)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Services/Projects, or IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring recent clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Understand client requirements and position company’s IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.
Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution.




Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

Key Requirements
6+ years of prior experience selling IT staffing/services specifically to Indian/domestic clients (not US/UK staffing sales)
Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
Strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in IT industry.
Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience selling in GCC is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
