Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support techjays’ AI-focused initiatives and growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential partners, conducting discovery meetings, and preparing proposals and partnership frameworks.

The Partnerships

Manager will coordinate with internal product, marketing, and engineering teams to design joint initiatives, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless execution of partnership activities. The role also involves tracking partnership performance, maintaining strong ongoing relationships, and representing techjays at relevant events, meetings,



and industry forums.

Qualifications

Partnership development and relationship management skills, including experience in identifying opportunities, nurturing long-term collaborations, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Business development and negotiation abilities, with a track record of creating win-win deals, preparing proposals, and closing strategic agreements.

Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate partnership impact, and align initiatives with company goals.

Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly, lead meetings, and engage with partners at different levels.

Project management and coordination skills to oversee joint initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Interest or experience in AI, technology, or SaaS-based products; ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into partnership value.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working in an on-site workplace in Coimbatore, with a proactive and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
