We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Partnership Associate / Business Development Executive to build and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions across Jaipur and other cities and states in India.

? What You’ll Do

Identify and onboard colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs, placement cells, faculty coordinators, and institutional decision-makers.

Promote Hackingly’s hackathons, bootcamps, workshops, coding competitions, and academic initiatives.

Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and field visits.

Schedule and conduct online and offline meetings with institutional stakeholders.

Negotiate partnership terms and close collaboration agreements.

Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnered events.

Represent Hackingly at college visits, education expos, seminars, and networking events.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and partnership status in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities and partnership performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





Robust negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in client-facing conversations and meetings.

Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

? Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Freshers with exceptional communication and networking skills are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, EdTech, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.

✈️ Travel Requirement

This role involves regular travel based on business requirements.

The candidate should be comfortable traveling within Jaipur and to other cities/states across India for institutional meetings, partnership development, college visits, and event execution.
