Role Description The Part time E-Commerce Assistant at Barraid will support daily online store operations on-site in Dehradun.

Responsibilities include managing product listings, updating descriptions and images, monitoring inventory, and assisting with order processing and fulfillment. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and helping improve the online shopping experience through basic data review and feedback. This is a part-time,



on-site role that requires regular presence at the Dehradun location and close collaboration with the operations and customer service teams.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce skills, including familiarity with online marketplaces, product listing management, and basic order processing.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive shopping experience.
- Analytical Skills to review basic sales and inventory data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
