About the Role

Symosis Security is seeking an experienced cybersecurity growth marketer to help drive 30% revenue growth.

This role will focus on demand generation, market positioning, cybersecurity content, partner and PR activity, sales enablement, and marketing performance. Website management, social media, and SEO are supporting activities; the primary goal is to generate qualified opportunities and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Define target industries, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and priority accounts.
- Develop messaging and packaged service offers for Symosis cybersecurity services.
- Build targeted demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars, events, and executive engagement.
- Manage and update the Symosis website using Wix.
- Improve website search visibility through SEO and authoritative cybersecurity content.
- Create articles, executive posts, case studies, capability sheets, newsletters, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Manage company announcements, PR, awards submissions, media outreach, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and industry events.
- Build relationships with technology partners, referral partners, industry associations,



and cybersecurity communities.
- Create sales-enablement materials, proposal content, email sequences, presentations, and client collateral.
- Track campaigns, target-account engagement, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Provide a concise monthly marketing report with results and recommended next steps.

Required Qualifications

- 5–7+ years of professional marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or communications experience.
- Direct marketing experience within the cybersecurity industry is required.
- Experience marketing cybersecurity consulting, engineering, SaaS, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, or revenue.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and the ability to communicate technical topics accurately.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, content development, PR, partner marketing, SEO, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing business websites, preferably Wix.
- Strong skilled English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently for approximately 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience with enterprise account-based marketing and demand generation.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity sales cycles, proposals, conferences, webinars, or executive outreach.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, email-marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
- Experience creating case studies, technical blogs, research reports, newsletters, podcasts, or webinars.
- Familiarity with AI security, penetration testing, cloud security, risk and compliance, or managed security services.

Working Arrangement This is initially a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. The engagement will be reviewed after 90 days, with the possibility of transitioning to a full time position based on performance, qualified pipeline generated, business needs, and mutual fit.
