Experience: 3–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our cosmetics brand. The role will involve creating creative, visually appealing packaging designs along with offline marketing creatives that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities Design packaging for cosmetics and beauty products, including boxes, labels, tubes, bottles, cartons, and other formats.

Develop creative concepts and artwork from ideation to final print-ready files.

Create offline creatives such as brochures, standees, posters, inserts, POSM, and marketing collaterals.

Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Product, and Printing teams to execute designs effectively.





Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines, technical specifications, dimensions, and printing requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and printers for proofs, colour accuracy, and final production.

Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within timelines.

Stay updated with packaging trends, beauty aesthetics, typography, materials, and print techniques.

Required Skills Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

Good understanding of packaging design, print production, dielines, and pre-press artwork.

Strong interest and experience in cosmetics/beauty packaging and offline creative design.

Excellent sense of colour, typography, layout, and visual aesthetics.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

Ability to convert creative ideas into practical, production-ready designs.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands. What We’re Looking For: A designer who combines creative thinking with robust execution skills and understands how to make a cosmetics product stand out both on the shelf and in marketing communication.
