The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and implement effective application adjustments is a key part of the work. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code development platforms to streamline application enhancements.
- Robust problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for software updates.
