As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and version control.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
