The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality.

Continuous monitoring and adjustment of the applications are essential to provide seamless user experiences and support operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
