Role Description The Owner Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with property owners across the JadeCaps ecosystem. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing queries, sharing performance insights, and ensuring transparent communication around occupancy, pricing, and operational matters. The Associate coordinates with internal teams in finance, legal, product, and operations to support onboarding, contracts, and property lifecycle management.





Daily tasks include maintaining accurate owner records, preparing dashboards and reports, gathering owner feedback to inform product and service improvements, and supporting resolution of any issues affecting owner satisfaction. The role contributes directly to owner retention and portfolio growth by delivering a consistent, professional, and trust-building experience.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Law and contract management to support owner agreements, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Proficiency in Finance and basic financial analysis to interpret owner payouts, revenue performance, and pricing-related metrics.

Experience in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and implement process improvements for owner operations.

Ability to conduct structured Research and contribute to Product Development by gathering owner feedback and market insights that inform platform enhancements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with owners and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and CRM or PMS tools.

Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
