Role Description The Owner role at Econntct Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic direction, managing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that services meet quality and customer satisfaction standards. The Owner will handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation, as well as monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and representing the company in external meetings and local business networks. The Owner will also lead hiring decisions, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
