Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic growth at Insight Alpha. Day-to-day tasks include defining and executing business strategy, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality expert engagement across projects. The role involves supervising cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and monitoring financial and operational metrics.

The Owner will drive business development initiatives, identify recent market opportunities,



and uphold regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards. This position also requires active involvement in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work setting.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and developing talent.

Business strategy, operations management, and financial acumen to oversee growth, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with exposure to investment, consulting, or corporate sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on clear, data-driven problem-solving.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with demonstrated experience in building or scaling a business or business unit.

Understanding of expert networks, professional services, or knowledge-based industries is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with global clients and experts across time zones.
