Role Description The Owner at TrippTrupp is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, and customer experience in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Delhi, India, involves managing day-to-day activities such as supervising visa processing, reviewing flight and hotel bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with travel regulations. The Owner will lead relationships with service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance, budgets, and pricing strategies.

The role includes developing marketing initiatives, maintaining quality standards, training and guiding staff,



and resolving complex customer issues. The Owner will also identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid business management and leadership skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team supervision.

- Experience in travel and tourism operations, with knowledge of visa processes, airline and hotel booking systems, and travel documentation.

- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, pricing strategies, and basic accounting or financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle negotiations, manage partnerships, and resolve escalated client issues.

- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement and compliance.

- Proficiency with digital tools and online booking platforms; familiarity with CRM or travel management software is beneficial.

- Prior experience in owning or managing a small business or startup is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
