Outreach & Research Intern — Black Pepper Media (Remote)

We work with a small number of premium healthcare brands internationally — maximum 5 partners at a time, by design. I'm hiring one intern to run high-level outreach with me.

What you'll actually do

Research premium businesses and their founders (Instagram + LinkedIn) and find the one specific detail that makes a message impossible to ignore

Write and send personalized outreach on my behalf — no copy-paste blasts, ever

Track every conversation in a straightforward system and send me a 2-line report daily

Follow up with precision — day 3, day 7, without being reminded

Not a content, design, or video role

Not spam—30 quality messages a day, not 300 garbage ones
