Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon with MS/DNB in Orthopaedics to join our healthcare team at Jhulelal Multispeciality Hospital, Bharuch, Gujarat.

The Orthopaedic Surgeon will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, fractures, and other orthopaedic disorders. The role will involve patient consultation, clinical assessment, treatment planning, pre-operative and post-operative care, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.

Candidates who have recently completed their postgraduate qualification as well as experienced Orthopaedic Surgeons are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and orthopaedic examinations.
- Diagnose and manage bone, joint, muscle, ligament, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Evaluate and treat fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, and other orthopaedic conditions.
- Review and interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other diagnostic reports.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patient condition and clinical findings.
- Perform minor orthopaedic procedures as required.
- Assist with surgical procedures where applicable.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Monitor patient recovery and provide appropriate follow-up treatment.
- Advise patients regarding rehabilitation, physiotherapy, exercise,



and preventive care.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Handle orthopaedic emergencies appropriately.
- Follow hospital protocols, medical ethics, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards of care.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Good knowledge of orthopaedic treatment and surgical procedures.
- Ability to interpret relevant diagnostic imaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Freshly qualified and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeons are welcome to apply.
