Role Description: The Oracle NetSuite ERP Governance & Business Transformation Consultant is a full time remote role responsible for guiding clients through ERP-driven business change. Day-to-day tasks include assessing current business processes, designing future-state process flows, and aligning them with Oracle NetSuite capabilities. The consultant will configure NetSuite modules, support data migration and integrations, and ensure governance standards and best practices are applied across the ERP environment.

This role involves conducting workshops, advising stakeholders on transformation roadmaps, preparing documentation and training materials,



and collaborating with technical teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions. The consultant will also monitor system performance, recommend optimization opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement of ERP usage.

Qualifications

Strong Business Process and Consulting skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.

5+ years of Oracle NetSuite experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle HR modules, with the ability to align functional capabilities to business needs.

Knowledge of Integration concepts and tools for connecting Oracle NetSuite with other enterprise systems.

Proven experience in ERP governance, business transformation, or NetSuite implementation and optimization.

Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and clear documentation.

Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; NetSuite or Oracle certifications are a plus.
