Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects, along with strong project management capabilities and comprehensive functional knowledge across key NetSuite modules.

The candidate will be responsible for leading implementation projects from requirements gathering through configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Manage communication with business stakeholders, clients, consultants, and technical teams.

Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution discussions.

Coordinate NetSuite system configuration and customization activities.

Oversee data migration, integration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.

Manage project resources and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.

Coordinate cutover and go-live activities.

Ensure smooth transition to support teams following implementation.

Provide post-implementation support and drive issue resolution.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and NetSuite optimization.

Required Skills & Experience





5+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation.

Proven experience managing and delivering multiple NetSuite implementation projects.

Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.

Hands-on functional knowledge of key NetSuite modules, including:

NetSuite Financials

CRM

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Inventory Management

Manufacturing

Procurement

Order Management

OneWorld

SuiteAnalytics

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP integrations.

Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live.

Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing global/multi-location NetSuite implementations.

Strong understanding of NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.

Knowledge of NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.

Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, or other NetSuite technical capabilities is an added advantage.

Experience with ERP transformation, process optimization, and business change management.

Relevant Oracle NetSuite certification is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a NetSuite Project Manager / ERP Implementation Manager who combines strong project management expertise with deep functional knowledge of NetSuite. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, leading implementation teams, managing project risks, and driving successful ERP transformation initiatives from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
