Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend appropriate eye care solutions.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear products.
- Educate customers on lens options, upgrades, and vision care.
- Perform accurate refraction, dispensing, and quality checks of eyewear.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and store SOPs.
- Support store operations, inventory management, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieve sales and eye-test conversion targets while providing skilled eye care.

Eligibility

- Diploma/Bachelor's in Optometry (D.Optom/B.Optom)

• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
