We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP – PPM Lead with 10 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have experience across multiple Oracle PPM Cloud implementations/support engagements and possess strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control.

Budget: Up to ₹1 Lakh per Month (1 LPM)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle PPM Cloud implementation and support activities.
- Work extensively across Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle PPM Cloud solutions.
- Perform business process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Level 1–3 Finance business process analysis.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications based on business requirements.
- Design and support OTBI reports and analytics.
- Work with Oracle PPM Cloud integrations, data loaders, and spreadsheet-based data loading solutions.
- Configure and support PPM Cloud security and workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support and customers for resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams throughout implementation and support engagements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10 years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
- Minimum 2–3 Oracle PPM Cloud implementation/support engagements.
- Strong functional and hands-on experience with:
- Oracle PPM Cloud
- Project Costing
- Project Contracts
- Project Billing




- Project Control
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/Finance modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud tools including:
- FSM (Functional Setup Manager)
- Rapid Implementation Templates
- ADFdi
- Robust experience in business process mapping and Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Experience with Level 1–3 Finance business processes.
- Experience writing functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI reports and analytics.
- Good understanding of Oracle PPM Cloud integrations and data loaders.
- Experience with Spreadsheet Data Loader / spreadsheet-based data loading.
- Experience with Oracle PPM Cloud security and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle escalated discussions with customers and Oracle Support.

Preferred Skills
- Oracle PPM / Financials Cloud Certification is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is an advantage.
- Experience working directly with customers and handling complex functional issues.
