Role & responsibilities :
Manages incoming Calls, Tickets, Emails and Chats to the Support queue.
Works with team members within the Support team to assist with eligibility review, registration, application processing, and account support to candidates and clients.
Cross-trains on other and/or all accounts to support team members.
Provides prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful technical and administration support to clients, proctors, and candidates with online systems.
Corresponds with clients and candidates by phone, tickets, and email in a prompt and accurate manner.
Processes scheduling and registration forms, including eligibility review as necessary.
Coordinates/manages CS projects within deadline.
Responds to requests for service.

Desired Attributes:
Looking for 1 Year to 3 Years of experience in Blended process with Email and Chat process
Strong Communication Skills in English (Read, Write and Spoken English)
Strong technical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, general knowledge of web-based applications, and basic understanding of various internet browsers and operating systems.
