Role Description

Business Development Manager (Recent Logo Acquisition)

About the Role

We're growing our sales team with Business Development Managers to drive current customer acquisition. This is a pure recent-business,



hunting role — you'll pair with an SDR who builds your pipeline, while you own the sales cycle end-to-end through to close and Onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive new customer acquisition across BFSI, Fintech, D2C, Ecommerce, EdTech, and similar accounts
Work SDR-sourced leads through discovery, demo, and close
Meet sales targets consistently, month on month
Coordinate with delivery/onboarding teams for a seamless customer handoff.
Bring a working understanding of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre, or workflow technologies.

Profile Requirements
3–6 years of experience in direct/new-business sales
Background in SaaS, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre solutions, or Voice VAS services
Proven quota-carrying track record in a hunting (not account management) role
Comfortable working a paired SDR motion.

About You
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream; MBA in Sales/BD is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
Compensation: Competitive fixed + Quarterly Performance Incentives + mobile + travel allowance.
