Business Operations Executive (Freshers)

Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across India.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors from colleges across the country.
Conduct regular training sessions and provide guidance to Campus Ambassadors to help them achieve their goals.
Coordinate workshops, webinars, competitions, bootcamps, and other student engagement activities.
Plan and execute campus marketing initiatives to increase awareness and participation in Corizo's programs.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality student leads and support program registrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and student initiatives.
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute towards achieving monthly business targets.
