Role & responsibilities
Role Summary
Own daytoday business operations across payments, reconciliation, settlements, vaulting, and customer journeys. Act as the bridge across shared Ops/Finance/CX.
Key Responsibilities
Design and operationalize daily reconciliation processes.
Set up SOPs, incident management, escalation and rollback playbooks.
Coordinate closely with shared Ops, CX, Finance, Engineering vendor.
Run operational readiness for launch: test cases, mock drills, T+1 reporting.
Maintain SLAs for payments, refunds, redemptions and partner operations.
Run crossfunctional weekly ops reviews and dashboards.
Requirements
58 years in business ops for fintech/payments/wealth products.
Solid understanding of settlements, reconciliations, audits or gold ops is a plus.
Experience writing SOPs and incident/rollback frameworks.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
