Key Responsibilities
Review engineering delay reports and understand technical findings.
Review Contracts and related documentation.
Analyse delay events from an engineering and contractual perspective.
Assist the commercial team in interpreting technical issues for financial quantification.
Map delay events with relevant contractual provisions.
Support preparation of prolongation cost computations.
Participate in meetings with client project teams.
Visit project sites, wherever required.
Assist in preparation of commercial claim documentation.
Work closely with Chartered Accountants and Commercial Advisory professionals.
Desired Experience
Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
NICMAR qualification (PGP / PGDM / Master's in Construction Management, Contracts Management or Project Management) preferred.
1530 years of experience in infrastructure / EPC projects.
Experience in Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Smart Metering,
Substations, Transmission Lines or similar infrastructure projects.
Hands-on exposure to:
EPC Contracts
Contract Administration
Delay Analysis
Extension of Time (EOT)
Prolongation Claims
Project Planning
Project Controls
Claims Management.
