We are looking for a Client Servicing & Content Strategist who will act as a strategic partner for our clients, crafting impactful marketing communication strategies that drive engagement and business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of content planning, brand storytelling, and digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consultation & Planning a. Serve as the primary digital marketing consultant for clients, understanding their brand, goals, and target audience. b. Develop and execute comprehensive content and marketing communication strategies that align with client objectives.

c. Guide clients on brand positioning, content narratives, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across platforms.
Campaign Execution & Optimization a. Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. b.



Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content plans that engage audiences and drive measurable results.

c. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to provide proactive recommendations.
Client Relationship & Performance Management a. Maintain solid client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on expectations. b. Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and refine strategies accordingly.

c. Share monthly reports with actionable insights, along with timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
Business Growth & Upselling a. Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with client needs. b. Work closely with the internal team to develop scalable marketing strategies that support both client success and company growth.
