Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to lead our collections team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NBFC collections, preferably in Payday Loans or Digital Lending, and should be capable of managing team performance while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the daily collection activities of the team.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments and achieve collection targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
Track team performance through MIS and regular reporting.
Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes professionally.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
Train, mentor, and motivate collection executives to improve productivity.




Analyze collection data and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 To 5 years of experience in Collections within an NBFC is mandatory.
Experience in Payday Loan / Digital Lending Collections is preferred.
Prior experience in managing a collections team.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly collection targets.
