About the Role

Catalyst Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Plus Two Business Studies Faculty to deliver engaging and result-oriented classes for Higher Secondary students (Plus One & Plus Two). The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts while preparing students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Business Studies to Plus One and Plus Two students following the Kerala Higher Secondary curriculum and CBSE
Prepare and deliver interactive lesson plans, presentations, and classroom activities.
Explain business concepts through practical examples and case studies.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and revision sessions to monitor student progress.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding curriculum planning and student performance.




Stay updated with changes in the syllabus and examination patterns.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree (M.Com/MBA) or an equivalent qualification.
B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust academic background in Commerce or Business Studies.

Skills Required
Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate higher secondary students.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior teaching experience in Higher Secondary (Plus One & Plus Two) is preferred.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
