Position: Certified High Voltage Diagnostic Engineer

Department: EV & Hybrid Laboratory

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 years (Luxury EV/Hybrid vehicles)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering with OEM EV/Hybrid Certification.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair high-voltage EV and hybrid systems.
Perform root cause analysis of battery, inverter, motor, BMS, charging, and thermal management systems.
Conduct ECU programming, vehicle coding, software updates, and ADAS diagnostics.
Use OEM diagnostic tools and prepare technical reports.
Guide technicians and ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

Required Skills
Expertise in High Voltage Systems, Battery Management, CAN, DoIP, ECU Programming, ADAS, and Electrical Diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools such as Mercedes XENTRY, BMW ISTA, Audi ODIS, Porsche PIWIS, Bosch KTS, Autel, Launch, and PicoScope.
