Objective:

To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact Organisational Performance Effectiveness (OPE), Human Resources, Learning &
Development, and Family Business Advisory projects by ensuring effective project planning, timely execution, stakeholder engagement, and research support. The role also drives innovation through current HR/OD service offerings, leverages HR analytics and automation, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to sustainable business growth with an entrepreneurial and consulting-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
