Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose conditions: Review patient medical history, listen to symptoms, and order or perform tests like EKG, echocardiograms, and stress tests. [1, 2]
Create treatment plans: Prescribe medications, recommend diet and exercise changes, or manage long-term chronic heart disease. [1, 2]
Perform procedures: Conduct non-invasive or specialized interventions (such as cardiac catheterizations or angioplasties depending on subspecialty). [1, 2]
Coordinate care: Refer patients to cardiovascular surgeons when surgery is needed, and document all patient medical histories accurately. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
