Job Title: Associate Manager CASA (Field Sales)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven qualified to drive acquisition of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers through field sales activities. The role involves sourcing current customers, building robust local market relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, and market outreach.
Identify and develop opportunities with individuals, businesses, and self-employed customers.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct customer meetings and explain banking products and services.
Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.




Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, banking, insurance, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CASA products and local market dynamics.
Customer acquisition and lead generation expertise.
Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
