Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Freshers May Apply)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Reporting To: Finance Head / Director

Job Summary The Chartered Accountant will manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, ERPNext operations, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, TCS, and statutory compliances.
Manage accounting and reporting through ERPNext.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
Monitor inventory costing, cash flow, and working capital.
Coordinate audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Production, Stores, and HR teams.

Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).




Freshers or up to 2 years of experience.

Skills Required
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Accounting Standards.
Experience with ERPNext (preferred) and MS Excel.
Understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely financial closing and statutory compliance.
Accurate MIS reporting and ERP data.
Effective cash flow and cost control.
Successful completion of internal and statutory audits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
