Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify and manage financial risks.
Ensure effective internal controls and corporate governance.
Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
Extensive experience (typically 10–15 years) in finance, accounting, or financial management,



with several years in a senior leadership role.
Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Advanced budgeting and forecasting expertise.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.
