KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Coordinate customer orders and post-order activities

Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams

Manage commercial documentation and dispatch coordination

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely communication.

Strong communication, coordination & Interpersonal skill.
Excellent attention to detail & Documentation.
Ability to manage multiple task and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
Customer- Focused with a problem- solving mindset.
