Qualification: B Tech /Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, and Technical teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
Prepare customer reports, maintain CRM records, and update project progress.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
