We are looking for a agile and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting monthly sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This is a target-based sales role that offers attractive performance incentives in addition to a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current sales opportunities through calls.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and support the team for growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
