Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure timely order execution.
Update customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.
Maintain customer records, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-up reports.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
Follow up on pending payments and customer feedback.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP software.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales Coordination.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹9,670.04 - ₹31,705.72 per month
