Job Purpose To follow up with customer enquiries received through various channels and convert them into showroom visits and successful purchases by providing excellent customer support and continuous engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer leads from all sources, build relationships through continuous follow-up, and convert them into successful purchases at The Chennai Silks showroom.
Coordinate with the showroom team until the customer completes the purchase.
Maintain daily customer lead and follow-up records in the prescribed format.
Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Reconnect with existing and inactive customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Explain product collections, ongoing offers, and showroom events to prospective customers.




Schedule and confirm showroom visits with customers.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Submit daily and weekly lead conversion reports to the Marketing Manager.
