Job Summary

Responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by assisting customers, managing ticketing and concession sales, and supporting smooth cinema operations. Key Responsibilities:

•Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and qualified manner.

•Sell movie tickets and process payments accurately.

•Prepare and serve food and beverages at concession counters.

•Promote offers, combos, and loyalty programs.

•Guide guests to screens and assist with seating-related queries.

•Ensure auditoriums are ready before and after screenings.

•Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when required.

•Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements:

•Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.

•Positive communication and customer service skills.

•Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

•Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

•Freshers can apply;

experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
