Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the application development process
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met




Implement best practices for application development Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX
Strong understanding of cloud-based application development
Experience with API integration and development
Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices
