Key Responsibilities / Duties
He should be responsible for preparation and closing of accounts for investment companies.
To handle the entire financial operations and compliance of the company and having an
overview of the invest companies.
Reconciling the various income segments
Responsible for restructuring, merger & de-merger of the investment companies.
Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.to the management.
Any other financial services support
Legal support in NCLT Matter
Qualification CA is must.
Age: 55 to 60 years.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
