Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Motivation: Hire, onboard, mentor, and inspire sales reps to maintain high morale and a competitive drive.

Goal Setting & Tracking: Set individual and team quotas, monitor KPIs (conversion rates, call volume, revenue), and manage the sales pipeline.

Coaching & Training: Conduct regular training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and assist with closing complex deals.

Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies defined by senior executives and adapt local tactics to fit market shifts.

Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and report progress, forecasts, and roadblocks to upper management.

Customer Escalations: Help handle major client accounts and resolve escalated customer service issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
