Coordinating with Legal/ Claim PICs of each country to have updates of the local claims, legal and compliance issues and maintaining records of the same.
Communicating and co-ordinating with Country Claims PIC and assisting them in the claims and legal issues.
To review, vet, correct and draft Customer Contracts, legal documents, notices, plaints, replies to the notices and guide country PIC about the legal liability/exposure.
Communicate and co-ordinate with GHQ, P&I; Clubs and local correspondents on the cases and to explore the best possible solution to resolve the issue.
Guiding other departments/countries with the best operational/ documentation processes/ practices from a loss prevention perspective.
Gathering relevant information/judgments/ legal challenges faced in regions and educating other countries about the same.
Handling overall activities related to Compliance including conducting compliance trainnings.
Assisting RHQ Claims, Legal & Compliance head as and required in ongoing issues.
