Language Skills

Basic English communication (around 50%)

Valuable Tamil communication

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, chats, and emails.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

Meet quality and productivity targets.

Requirements

Age below 30 years.

Minimum 12th Pass.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).

Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Willing to work from the office for the first 6 months.

Secure internet connection and laptop/desktop required for WFH after 6 months.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
