Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience end-to-end.
Implement best practices for candidate engagement and communication.
Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize recruitment processes,



tools, and ensure compliance.
Drive employer branding and use data insights for recruitment decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
