As part of the Data and Analytics team you will design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions that drive insights for the pharma industry. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of business context. This position provides an exciting chance to work extensively with Pharma Claims Data and contribute to commercial analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and deploy analytical solutions for the pharmaceutical sector

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science
Relevant certifications in Data Science, Cloud, or Machine Learning technologies preferred
Excelling in machine learning frameworks and methodologies
Analyzing and integrating large-scale datasets effectively
Developing and deploying predictive models in client environments
Communicating insights through data storytelling
Staying updated with advancements in AI and data science
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate problems into solutions
Hands-on experience with SAS and advanced SQL
