We are looking for a Male/Female Customer Care Representative for our online store.
The candidate must have positive communication skills in English.
The candidate must have valuable knowledge of computer operations.
Co-ordinate activities with the internal team, customers, and other work units or departments
Communicating with other departments within the company to ensure that shipments are delivered on time
Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customer accounts with information about the delivery status
Communicating with customers about freight details, and special handling requests.
Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
Only Female candidates will be considered
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
