Job Summary

The role involves handling customer interactions through voice process, assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring proper resolution as per process guidelines. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Share accurate information about products and services

Maintain and update customer records in the system

Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers eligible)

Positive English communication skills required

Basic computer knowledge

MS Excel knowledge preferred

Regional language knowledge is an advantage

Salary

CTC: ₹18,000/month

Take-home: ₹20,000/month

Performance-based incentives may apply

Day shift

Weekly off on rotational basic

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
