Cf Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company's software. Assist customers in setting up and using the software. Provide software demonstrations and customer training. Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and remote support. Coordinate with the technical team regarding customer feedback and new requirements. Build and maintain solid customer relationships. Travel to customer locations when required for software implementation and training.

Requirements Graduate in any stream. Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred). Basic computer knowledge. Quick learner with valuable problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work with customers. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
