Role & responsibilities

Receive and review Customer Business Inquiry
Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope.
Analyse material, labour, overhead, and logistics costs for products or services
Liaise with procurement and production teams to gather up-to-date pricing and timelines.
Prepare explicit and competitive quotations based on cost analysis and pricing strategy while complying company policies and profitability standards.
Format and present quotes professionally, with necessary terms and conditions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align pricing with market expectations and profitability goals.
Support in setting up price lists and periodic pricing reviews.
Assist in negotiation processes when needed.
Generate regular reports on inquiry conversion rates, quotation turnaround time, and pricing trends.
